If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused oven in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the oven and all accessories back into the original heavy-duty packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or your own tracked shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
